Abstract:

In the article, the author raises the question of what is graffiti - art or a form of vandalism? Some social manifestations of graffiti, such as vandalism, exist on the streets of the city, but artists who create the art of spray art, who pursue noble goals of creating beautiful works, are worthy that their art be recognized, and the residents of Krasnodar know and proud of it. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the detailed study of graffiti of Krasnodar. Tasks of a paramount nature are put forward - to look at the beautiful and worthy encouragement of the artist for his efforts, or to punish the bully. All this will help in the formation of a favorable aesthetic look of our city. To date, the city administration is actively involved in this issue. From our position it remains to contemplate and study beautiful artistic compositions and to prevent attempts of hooliganism, which damage its appearance.
