Abstract:

The article presents the main directions of the development of strategic management in the management system of municipal cultural institutions – children´s art schools. The authors developed within each direction a list of specific activities that have a strategic and tactical level, and aimed at the comprehensive elimination of the identified problems of strategic management of modern children´s schools in Russia.
