Abstract:

The article asserts two immutable imperatives of legal culture in the context of international challenges and threats: compliance with interstate conventions and UN acts in the conduct of hostilities and ensuring information security based on cultural traditions and universal values that objectively reflect the truth of events. In this context, the current situation in Ukraine is analyzed.
