Abstract:

Recently, the functionality of space has become a hot topic for public libraries. Particular importance in the design of the library space is given to the selection of suitable equipment and furniture. This article is devoted to the functional zoning of space with the help of furniture. The article describes the main advantages and disadvantages of transformable furniture, general rules for designing interior design were formulated. The article also discusses the most common mistakes made when zoning a library space with furniture.
